Coaching and mentoring are my passions. I help individuals and teams find their strengths, values, and identify gaps to work on. We then partner to embrace change, moving forward with targeted purpose.

My Story

My working journey has been varied giving me insights into many industries and challenges that are faced. Covid has seen a change in direction with me starting my own Kerrie Nobes Consulting business.

Huge! Life changing and exciting!

My working roles held over the years include: State Registered Nurse, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Field Manager and Regional Sales Manager, Learning Manager, Facilitator for Leadership and Communication Skills, Coach, and Business Development Manager.

A mother of 2 young adults, I currently live in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with my husband, daughter and Spoodle - see pic! I lived in Sydney's North West for 7 years and then 6 years in New Jersey USA where I worked with many industries in a sales role.

My passion is helping people do what they do better. I collaborate and partner with my clients to find solutions that give them the best bang for their buck. This includes sharing ways to embed new learning into daily worklife.

When you work with me, you have my full attention and investment into your success. It's not a one day event done and dusted, I offer ongoing support and thrive on seeing your growth and you reaching your potential.
